I have been fighting with this company for the last YEAR about the inconsistency of my link, and nobody understood what I was complaining about and why, until I was transferred to Jaydy, WHAT a difference. He immediately understood what my frustration was and why, and that I am not a normal home user watching Netflix etc and that a stable connection is Vital.
