I'VE HAD IT!!!!
You people reply to reviews to deceive people and make it seem like you doing your job. Yes I got called, the person I spoke to ( Sibusiso/ Sabelo) said he was handling my case and would call me before the end of the day and this was 22 Oct 2020, til now I have not heard anything from him. I knew that this was not going to happen because of the incompetency that takes place there.
SUPERSONIC FOR THE LAST TIME:
1. Can I please have my money. 2. Can I please get released as I want to move to a different ISP .
Or else I am lodging a complaint with the Consumer Goods And Services Ombud because I can see that I am being taken for a ride.
