Its not supersonic it's superslow

For the last week my internet connection restarts every 20 minutes. It is equivalent to not having internet at all. I've mailed supersonic but you don't reply. This is exactly why I signed up on a month to month basis and not a contract. Anyone reading this, do not sign up with supersonic
