Is anybody working at Supersonic?

For a couple of days now I have been trying to reach Customer Support at Supersonic. Phone calls are never answered, the whatsapp line does not seem to work and tickets created on the online platform seem to be ignored.

I have a query regarding incorrect debit deductions for the last cycle, an thought that they might be interested in having this kind of matter resolved speedily.

My mistake I suppose. But then again, this is how you lose business and recommendations.
