Invoice not generated

Supersonice is always telling me stories when i want an invoice one the consultants told me me invoice dont generate if you are not on a recurring service which is lies because i am a Vuma tel cons paying using an easypay number and get sent an invoice the next day...who pays for the services and not get invoice on the 13th service provider says invoice has not generated what is that?...as per CPA invoice must me issued for anything more than R1 so recurring or not i want my invoice today.
