Internet Speed Issue Resolved Thanks to Mogale Mahlulo

After speaking with Mogale Mahlulo from technical support, the issue of my slow internet that I had been struggling with for 4 days, was resolved through his thorough investigate and aid. I would like to point out how patient and knowledgeable he was. In my previous 3 phone calls with other agents, they had informed me they would simply escalate the ticket which yielded no results.
