Supersonic as a service provider must be 1 or the worst can never get hold of them i am paying for a 200meg fibre line . we can even watch a move with out the picture lagging . we have resulted to the lowest resolution of 450 and still get laging our internet speed is running at best 35meg I have tried to contact them nobody answers if by chance somebody does they tell us to reset the modem and thats the answers we get or they tell me th purchase a new modem as ours is too old WHAT A JOKE SUPERSONIC IS

30 Apr 2025, 23:49I have read all the reviews on Supersonic is there no way we can report the complaints to the CONSUMERS COUNCIL for the lack of service we are getting , and for the false advertising of their fantastic support line which we can never get hold of
