I am extremely frustrated to receive a response that the issue with my internet service, logged under Ticket #123456 has been resolved. Despite your claims that everything is "operating optimally," the reality is that I continue to experience an outage in my service. This ongoing problem is both inconvenient and unacceptable, especially after all the time and effort I've already invested in trying to get this sorted.

Your communication mentions that you've "thoroughly checked and confirmed" that my service is fine, yet the reality on my end tells a completely different story.
