Internet off for two days so far without explanation.
Our internet has been off for two days.
I have reported this on the 7th of April and was told that I'll be contacted in regards with the progress of this matter. This was an empty promise.
The internet is still down. I phoned again today and was given the same generic response that the issue has been escelated.
