When will Supersonic fix the issue in our complex at Glen Eagle Estate? When the power goes off the Supersonic internet is also off. Smart Technologies the 2nd ISP is always on. Why can't Supersonic always be on? Why?

23 May 2022, 09:45This does not solve the issue. This is a temporary fix. The issue is that when the power goes off then Supersonic internet goes off but Smart Technologies our 2nd ISP in our complex are on 24/7.
