Internet connection down Supersonic (Vuma)

We have been down with internet connection since Saturday morning. No communication, when we call they say it’s an outage but we staying in a complex that using Vuma fiber other residents have internet connection. We called again on Sunday still the same we ask for a reference number this time around SST*** and told us the technician will call us back. Today I called again same thing technician will call us in 48 to 72 hours working days which is absurd. The service is bad no technical support no courtesy email or message to the customer. I hope this issue is resolved the soonest.
