Inefficient technical support on WhatsApp

WhatsApp technical service is not efficient. I'm without internet for two days and they keep saying is an outage in my area, which is not true, as I'm the only one without internet in my street. They installed a box in front of my house and after that my internet is gone. The technical even confused my address with an old account, didn't log a ticket with Vumatel. I called Vumatel and logged the ticket.
