Ineffective Call Centre & Pathetic Slowsonic WSP

Very unreliable. It's impossible to get them to take action on anything. I sent an email on 2 December 2025 to this so called WSP cancelling my contract with Supersonic with immediate effect. I received a ticket number via an email but unfortunately I deleted that email owing to my not having adequate storage space in my Gmail. I have called them every day to obtain confirmation of the cancellation which should happen within 30 days by the end of the month of December 2025 and each time I've had to hold on for over 20 minutes without anyone responding just an annoying and monotonous audio and voice message.

I WANT OUT. I was never happy with your service from day one. First you bill me in advance. Then you delay in installation.

JUST PROVIDE ME CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION OF SERVICE!!!
