I am in disbelief with the service I am receiving from supersonic, my account is debited yet again with an amount that was not communicated to me without my concern, leaving me with charges and affecting my account negatively. Supersonic agents are not well trained as every time I call, I get a different response. I really need urgent assistance with these people and their outrageous service.
