*********** ISP with zero follow through.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I made my order with them on the 1st of July and was assured that my line would be installed in 7-14 days. The time frame they had given me has long passed and still no action or communication from their team.
I have been calling them everyday for the past week trying to get through to Abdu Erasmus, who I’ve been told is responsible for my order but to no avail.
Even with my order having been escalated they still don’t seem to care.

You guys keep escalating my order but there’s zero follow through or progress from your side. It’s the end of a new week and even after countless promises from Abdu there’s still nothing to show.
I would like to cancel my order with you guys. Because if I have to struggle this much just to get connected then I can’t imagine what might be on the other side. I’d rather take my money elsewhere
