***********, diabolical customer service!

Wish I had read the reviews on here before I signed up with Supersonic. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They never respond to Whatsapps and if you call they are not able to resolve issues and say they will call back and never do. I was asked to email them for my user name and password. I waited 4 days for a response and only got one after complaining and tweeting their incompetencies. To get anything resolved is always an uphill battle. I can not wait for the year to be up and I will be looking for a new ISP.
