*********** Customer Service & Accounts Department

*********** customer service and accounts department. Do you even understand how to read a statement or how to allocate EFT payments? I don't have a debit order for the very reason that I have had endless issues with Supersonic from sign off to installation and now to allocating payments. How many times do I need to follow up so you can allocate my payments correctly. Made a payment in February for February and it doesn't get allocated even after sending multiple emails and phone calls to get this allocated to my account, then take my March payment and allocate it to April and put me in arrears by 60 days yet I pay on time every month. I have sent all proof of payments through but nothing gets allocated correctly. I have an open case which needs to get resolved ASAP - CAS-572567-C3K5V8

Zero feedback still. I want to cancel my services with Supersonic due to terrible customer service and gross incompetence.

Hi Joshua,

I would like my account up to date before I cancel. I have yet to be contacted by anyone and when I phoned in to customer support they had advised me that my ticket had not been escalated or attended to.

Regards,
MT

Hi Joshua,

Still no feedback. Nobody from the accounts department has contacted me. Please can I get some feedback whether it be email or a phone call from whoever is responsible. I know I don't spend much but I am a customer none the less.

Regards,
Matt
