*********** and useless. Do not make use of Supersonic

This is my second review on here. I wish I could give Supersonic 0 stars.

My fibre internet has been dropping for months and nothing has been done about it. Someone contacted me after my first review but the problem hasn't been resolved nor does the person follow up with me as promised. I am paying for a 20MB line but my line speeds vary between 1 and 10MB, not to mention the line dropping throughout the day.

I can't believe this company is still open. They are incredibly *********** and useless.

Do not make use of Supersonic, find another ISP.
