I placed and order and it was received by RAM on Tuesday and immediately realized that the delivery address was incorrect, supersonic ***********ly used the installation address as the delivery address. I contacted both ram and supersonic to rectify this and to show both their appalling service, the delivery still went out to the incorrect address yesterday. I still contacted supersonic and just given a useless “they will eventually deliver to the correct address”, such disrespect for a client. Today is Thursday, I still see no mention of the address change when I track my parcel. Such below-par service from such big companies at my cost, is a total shame.
