Impossible to cancel with Supersonic

I find it impossible to cancel the contract with Supersonic mobile. I have sent emails, spoken on the phone with operators, canceled on their client portal and sent whatsapp messages. Yet I am still being invoiced for the service. It has been more thanv3 months since I cancelled
