Impossible to Cancel Services
I have requested to have my service with Supersonic to be cancelled with immediate effect a couple of weeks back. I have stated to them that I am willing to pay a cancellation fee as well as a month in advance so that I may be moved off their network. But still- it is impossible to get this right. They have assured me that it is possible to have the cancellation done with immediate effect, but are struggling to do it. When calling the call center, you get the run around (as usual) and continuously get put back into the queue.

Yes- you are THAT bad- I will PAY YOU however much you want just so that I may be released from this contract! Just invoice me and terminate the service please!!
