IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL & BAD SERVICE 👎

I have received terrible service from supersonic, their support is awful they don't call back. And their agents will transfer you away from the call so that they won't have to deal with the issue

Over and above this they WON'T action your cancelation requests I have been trying to cancel since July 2021!!

All I get out of them is an automatic(Robot) response: "Thank you for contacting Supersonic. We have received your cancellation request and one of our agents will be in contact with you during the cancellation process"

Saying that they'll get back to me to process my cancelation BUT they NEVER do!
