IMPORTANT: Read this before taking services from Supersonic

Should Supersonic pressure you into taking a "free to use" router PLEASE do not take it. This is a ****!!!

I made the mistake of taking it and even after cancelling the account and having my account up to date, a year later they debit your account for the full payment of the router (there were no phone calls or emails - let's be honest their customer service is atrocious). Even after sending the router back and them confirming there will be no pick-up fee (by the way they won't send you the recording of the call) for the router they will still bill you without you even knowing.

After a few months you will start getting threatening calls from their debt collection agency to pay an amount you have no idea about and the collection agency doesn't have any idea about. This is literally a ****.
