IM TIRED OF WAITING. 24 DAYS OF NOTHING JUST WAITING

I've placed an order on the 11th of December.. and I'm still waiting for someone to install my air fiber...

On the 29th of Dec I posted a review on hello Peter and all of a sudden I got feed back.. then I was told they will phone me on the 30th for installation date.. according to the what's app agent the issue has been escalated but no out come of that escalation.. all I'm being told is "I'm sorry about the delay" I'm sorry for trying to use the services and I'm sorry I'm waiting 24days for my order to be processed and I'm sorry the company isn't phoning me regarding my installation.. I'm tired of waiting... I might as well just forget about supersonic and move to a different service provider because wow... This service provider isn't a proper one
