Im about to pull my hair out. Supersonic is driving me insane.

My Wi-Fi has been down for 5 days now. Tech guys arrived only to find out that the problem is with Supersonic server not base node. WhatsApp customer care guys seem like they don't know what they doing and they don't know what is going on. Im so frustrated. I work from home, my 3 kids do online schooling. Im forced to buy data everyday for the four of us. I wish this problem can be sorted out promptly. Im really disappointed.
