If you ever want to try Supersonic think twice.

Supersonic did not debit my account from the start of my contract. My account fell behind and I made an arrangement doe a debit order for the 22nd of each month. In May they sent me an sms that due to an unforeseen error on their system my debit order did not go off and that they are moving the debit order date to the 25th of each month. on the 25th of June they deducted the full amount outstanding and depleted my account of funds. I am so disappointed and if it happened any other month I would be fine but this month I had unforeseen medical bills. Although their agents are friendly their service is very bad. And the agent just told me at least my account is now up to date. If you ever want to try Supersonic think twice.
