I would like to write a review about Supersonic. Big thumbs up to Amu and Seleke for your efforts in resolving my fibre link issues after the line upgrade. Amu, thank you for being polite and helpful and trying to resolve the issue as soon as you possibly could. Seleke, you were professional at all times and tried multiple devices to see if you get the same problem on all. This meant that when you gave feedback to the backend engineer, he could work with facts and you didn’t waste his time. Seleke told me what the issue was before he contacted the engineer to get the issue resolved. I hope your manager gets this message and I hope that more people get to experience the Amu and Seleke duo. 10/10 guys. Thank you.
