I was a client of supersonic for almost two years probably even more....thereafter i had to move house so i had to disconnect my fiber line..i followed protocol which was to email them a month in advance....all was good they responded by thanking me for my business and wishing me well...Two years later which is today .i get a phonecalls from debt collectors on behalf of Supersonic cos apparently i was handed over to them Their reason being i have not paid a cancelation fee which over the years have accumulated and now is sitting at a total of R4500.....within this two years i have received no communication watsoever from supersonic ...they have never given me any info on terms and conditions when we we connected ..now suddenly this happens ...totally unprofessional and thieving behavior ....i need answers from them as to when and where did they stipulate to me that i had a cancelation fee to pay
