I want Fibre NOT Broadband

I would very much like to sign for a fibre contract as Supersonic are the only people in the complex that we can access fibre through. MTN Fibre installed in the complex about 3 or 4 years ago and I have had TWO tenants who have enjoyed their fibre connectivity in the complex. However, if you check coverage on their website, it tells me I can only have home broadband. Not what I want! So after calling the call centre and spending more than 24 minutes on the phone and advising them of the tenants account number so that they can verify he is on a fibre package, I am still at ground ZERO. Are there no companies out there that actually want customers these days?
