I regret ever calling supersonic

I have been a client with Supersonic since June 2021 and besides being overcharged on my monthly subscription, I have also been charged 2 ridiculous clawback fees that both come to over R4000.

I regret ever calling them to order a subscription. The last clawback fee was because we moved address. When I called the call centre I was told that I was reading the wrong set of terms and conditions, and of course I should have known that right?? The reason I ordered over the phone was because I'm not computer and website savvy. I was never told about these clawback fees over the phone.

I still have no idea what the 1st clawback fee was for.

I'm still waiting for someone in the know to actually call me back as I requested from the call centre. The call centre is useless, you don't get any help from them.

The funniest thing was when the call centre worker told me that I'm welcome to visit their offices. I asked for their address because ofcourse I would want to see someone face to face . It was a joke when she told me that their offices were situated in Randburg, because I live in Cape Town.
