I recently canceled my package and I was told to return the router

I recently canceled my package and I was told to return the router. I asked to make arrangements for someone to pick up the router. My request was ignored, I decided to use RAM courier to return the router. I sent an email confirming that the router is being delivered. I got no response till today and I tried to call but no one answers. I hate the service
