I paid for vuma wifi on Sunday morning before 09h00, on Monday i tried calling Supersonic as wifi still not connected. but to avail, sent them chats on watsap platform from 10h00 am they only came back telling me *Unfortunately, we couldn't get to your chat today and our team is now offline. Please message us at 8am tomorrow.* Today same thing as yesterday, wifi still not working for 3 days no wifi but I paid. what kind of service is this
