I need to cancel this poor service

I have been struggling with this service provider since may 2019. On numerous occasions I've asked them when do I start paying "are you giving me 3 months free". When or how will you deduct your funds since I have not signed any docs.

As per my WhatsApp proof everyone phones and WhatsApp me but still no one is getti g back to me.

They've cut my line and I formed me that I owe them a few months installments.

I was informed sir we are sending you the statement monthly. I told them I didn't receive anything yet, and requested them to give me the email add they have. They took it wrong since they say that they are sending me the info via mail.

I told them that I will not pay for all these outstanding months because it is their mistake not mine. An email will return as undelivered. Now my question is how and why didn't they pick that up, why didn't they phone me like all other accounts asking for the arrears payments.

I had it with them and are will g to cancel this #%=:*. I am not binded to anything, they are.

So please send me your letter, since no one got back to me and my line is not active I trust this is that they don't care.

Can anyone assist me on how to cancel without them requesting for any info from me.
