I have not received my refund from Supersonic

End of November last year, Supersonic in correctly Debited my Account with R2 400. I was supposed to only pay R250 for courier fees to send back the Wifi router. They have confirmed that they received the router.

I have been following up with them since 4th December 2023, but they keep promising to refund me. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress.
