I have no more words for this poor excuse of a company..

This company is full of absolutely disgusting people, they don't care I have been waiting more than a month for my refund router was collected on the 4th, I am still waiting for a refund. They lie about everything, they pass the buck, blame billings department and refuse to help when you call in I have spend in total 2 hours every time I have called, this company should be assessed and something should be done about it
