I have never seen customer service this bad

Almost feels like a month can't go by without having issues from Supersonic. My internet has been doing for over 30 minutes now and I need it for work. I called their support number and had no one answered for 20 minutes until I eventually gave up .

On top of this, I have not been getting the correct speeds I pay for, despite raising this twice.

If ever Supersonic seems affordable to you, just keep in my mind that the R100 you're saving means a horrible customer service. Choose another ISP.
