I have data available but supersonic still depletes it as zero every damn end of themonth

I am having the same problem as the previous months, and have not been contacted by supersonic to rectify the problem, at the end of the month, the system dies not show my roll over data, it shows a balance of zero, and my wifi connection is cutting out
