I have been connected for the past two days but we have never have internet and all the lights are green everything is well connected and we have been assigned to the technician for the past two days no one came back to us to assist so much issue is why do we have all those useless boxes in my house if you can give is internet The worse part is they can't call you to find out of all is well you will keep calling and no solutions
