I had a problem with configuring my router and I called their number
I had a problem with configuring my router and I called their number. I was assisted by Ryan, Anele and Thandi who were all incredibly patient with me and took me through the various stages until I was connected again. The whole thing took quite some time and I never felt at any stage that they were impatient or eager to get rid of me.
