it's crazy how we get some form of attention using this platform. After several escalations supersonic eventually installed the fibre to this day no router has been sent. No one can tell me when it's coming or where it and can neither confirm a tracking or tracing reference number. It was said to me that Ram is the courier. I've received many courier deliveries and have never experienced such a delay. This is next level not even an sms was sent to me.
