Superhorrible service. I downgraded my account from the first of December yet i am still being charged more than what i should be paying without any top ups or anything.

Call their customer number and you will wait for hours before receiving any response. Don't even mention their whatsapp plartform, you will have to wait very long before you are dignified with a response.

What are we paying for?
