How does Suoersonic only have 2 Supervisors

How is it possible that such a major company only has 2 supervisors and neither are available to help with a query, even worse the call centre agent couldn't even pick up that I have 2 services on my profile which I find so damn strange.

I now need to wait till 11am for a supervisor. such ****ty service.
