Dear reader, Tou don't have a working call center number, neither has your whatsapp online help platform been working recently. How do we get a hold of any support without having to use Hellopeter for a response?

I've been waiting in a call queue for over 8 minutes. I do not have the luxury to waste time waiting. The whatsapp number is not responding to my query.
