Horrific Service and No Follow Up

I’ve had an awful experience with Supersonic over the past month. The WiFi barely works!!!! It works 2 minutes and then goes for 5 minutes, making it completely unreliable. Despite calling multiple times and being told that a technician would be sent, no one ever shows up. The lack of accountability and care for their customers is frustrating. If you’re considering Supersonic, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This level of service is unacceptable.
