Horrible support
The WhatsApp service takes hours for someone to assist, resulting in no help at all regarding the problem at hand.
To call them takes ages, just to get a response resulting in them telling you they will call back, never do. Then I have to call back hoping someone else can assist.
I was on hold for over an hour:20 min once.
