Horrible Supersonic service

Signed up with this highly unprofessional company for wifi services in March. Had a back and forth reported to their consultants (Pholoso Kgatla)and technical installation guy (Fhulufelo), that my wifi Does not work.

It connects for 2 min max then its off again..loadshedding or no loadshedding its never worked!

These two tried their level best to help and transfer me to higher divisions however nobody js contacted me till today.

I was told of a 30 day notice period to cancel subscription which wasn't said from the beginning when I was signing up.

I've canceled online hoeever recieved an automated email told someone will call me in 5-10 days to confirm cancelation. That was more than a month ago

They keep taking my R650 monthly for what!!!!Utterly fed up and appaled by such a big brand MTN sub😡🤬🤬🤬
