Horrible Supersonic experience from existing customer

I came to hellopeter to lodge a complaint and saw hundreds of complaints against Supersonic already, same horrible experience... We moved homes and contacted supersonic numerous times for guidance on how to relocate the contract also. We followed their advice and weeks later still sit without any wifi or solution after being paying clients for many years now. We get no feedback, no support and no guidance on the process and it seems to be a lost cause. All the telephonic calls were recorded and the proof is there that we followed the process exactly as they prescribed us to, with no success. We have paid our account diligently for years, and now sit with nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE HIRRIBLE SERVICE WITH NO SOLUTIONS FROM SUPERSONIC!! Still waiting for this to be resolved after weeks!
