Horrible, sucky uncommicative company

The worst fibre company in the country, with there continuous drop network, no communication, no statements or bills, then you contact them to ask them to review your current fibre package with them as you seen there were cheaper alternative and if they could match a very rude consultant said we cant help you and you might aswel port, would i like to continue to cancel i advised her id like a day or 2 to think about it and believe it or not with no consent they disconnected me completely, and now send me a bill for cancelation of almost 3 times the amount of my normal monthly subscription, this isnotthe first time writing about this pathetic service provider, giving MTN a bad name!!!
