Horrible Sevice

Horrible Service from day one, no one is accountable at Supersonic. Cancelled my Fibre Line on the 01 Feb and to date still getting billed.

This is what I mean...the customer service! Still waiting for someone to call me, if this was important enough, then a manager would have called or emailed to rectify my problem.
