HORRIBLE SERVICE - ZERO STARS

Insane waiting times trying to get a hold of ANYONE (excepting the sales department - surprise, surprise) and once you’ve spent 20 - 30min on hold, you get a harried and hurried person who utterly fails in the service provided. Specifically; I received my router and SIM card on the 26th of Aug, I have been trying to get ahold of the customer service department since then and finally(!) got through on the 30th, I requested that the SIM card be activated and was told that it was done and will take effect in 3 hours. Now, on the 31st of Aug, many hours later, I still do not have any connection and cannot get through to customer service (AGAIN).
